Founded by a team that represents all three parts of the adoption triad, Lisa Qualls and Melisa Corkum provide resources to support adoptive families through trauma-based education and inspirational stories. I am pleased to partner with them through providing adoptive teen support groups.

Listen to my story on the The Adoption Connection's podcast

Sara Odicio was adopted from an orphanage in China when she was a year old. As a Licensed Social Worker, she loves supporting adopted teens and their families. Her passion for teen adoptees grew even more as she was personally challenged to engage with her own adoption story in a deeper way.

In this episode, she's vulnerable about her teen years and her ongoing struggles as an adoptee. She tells her story with lots of insight and hope for adoptive families.

The Honor Summit is a non-denominational and non-profit organization that exists to center Asian American women and all women in the mission of God - within the church and world.
